Fuel Economy

Post by Roota »

Can anybody tell me what fuel figures I can expect from my 100 Series Standard Diesel? It currently has 18,000 kms on the clock and is getting an average (Town, country & Off Road) of approx. 16 lts per 100km.
My old 60 series averaged 13.5 with 350,000 hard km's on the clock.
I have heard that it takes some time before the tojo's loosen up.

Any feed back appriciated.

Cheers

16 sounds a little high... Got a mate running an 80 series with after market turbo and it only averages about 14/100 km.
