Mud Tyres
Hey guys i want to get some info i want a set of mud tyres for my car that will be used for every day use but still have a hard rubber compound and thick side wheels....It seem that tyres places are cutting back and making tyres shitie now
and idears
BFG do a 33 10.5 15 M/T...you will get good K's out of them.
Don't know of a 33 11.5 15. I think for ease of fitment you're gonna
have to ditch those 7's and update the wheels to 15x8's. Then get
yourself a set of 33 12.5 15's. Any of the leading brands will give
good service. If you think you have a certain brand in mind........
search...search...search....you'll find heaps of comments....

If you want some K's out of them it'd be a good name brand tyre and then depending on your driving and so on but maybe look at a goodyear AT/R unsure if you can get them in that size but they aren't a full blowen mud tyre but still look like they will grip good off road. I'll have a look at work toomorow if you can get them in that size.
plenty of parts on the bench
why not just buy a set of 15x8 sunnies while ur at it? they are only like $50 a piece..
my next set of tyres i will certainy be buying new rims as well

it depends on what type of driving u do also.
if its just a weekend tyre then theres plenty of selection.. but if your doing a few Ks on the blacktop then id say go a BFG mud,

33x12.5x15 on rims
wrangler mtrs in wheel section or 0418964497
is the bfg becoming a bit behind the times cos every one i talk to in tyre shops say there a bitch to balance hence heaps of weights added due to there over lap side wall design.i had maxxis buckshots on a couple of 4bys and never expected to be much but they out lasted and copped a flogging and never punctured or any thing.got a later model 4by now and was lookng at the mickey thompson mtz baja muds (not the claw) cost a bit more but its a MT what could go wrong........
