Post by Remydog05 »

I may be telling you all something you already know but i am currently in the south of france and seen ive a heap of turbo deisel and intercooled TD vitaras
I never new they were made???

it was pretty funny talking to some old french bloke who spoke know english and me who speaks about 5 words of french

anyway when i asked him could i take a photo of the motor he open the bonet pointed to the inter cooler and kept saying some word and putting his thumb up, then kept holding 7 fingers up??? i thinking he was trying to tell me that it was 7 clynder but i cant see why the japanesne would make them in 7
seems mike some thing reno or citreon would do

Also found a short wheel base prado and a deisel rav 4

when i can i will post some photos of them all.

gotta go

Vitara's have had the Mazda 2.0 RF(intercooled and non-intercooled) and the 1.9 Peugeot XUD and the early GV's and XL-7's have had the Mazda 2.0 RF and the Peugeot 2.0 RHZ then they got the Peugeot RHW(manual only), the new GV's get a Renault 1.9 in both the swb and lwb and the Jimny's get the Renault 1.5 non-intercooled and we get....... :bad-words:

shorty prado in Chile! - bloody awesome 4by. i'd have one as a daily driver if they had them here. it was a diesel and got awesome fuel milage the spanish guy who owed it said. if you look carefully you can just make out the well hidden winch cradle behind the standard bar.
