my sister and husband and daugter are stuck on wyong river
i need a tinni so i can row in and evacuate them

Mate, if they are in no immediate danger, call the SES.

Save them having to rescue 4 people instead of only 3,
I am not having a go at you, I am sure you are fairly stressed and worried at the moment and sitting back waiting is not helping you, but that is what the SES are trained and equipped to do and speaking as an old SES volunteer we often have to rescue the rescuers :cry:
