Pajero MAF Sensor

Post by crh »

Having read some unfavourable reports on K&N Air Filters, I am changing back to a paper type. My car had a K&N when I bought it.

Due to reports that the oil can blow back and effect the MAF sensor, I was wondering can I clean it with a carby cleaner an blow it out, and if so, is it the black box on top of the air intake just behind the filter box?

Thanks for any thoughts you guys may have.
