It has a certain 'boxy' hummer look to it.

I gather it is a mid-chassis extension, which would make it a real pain to do if you wanted to engineer it - apparently if you cut a chassis and extend it you effectively make the car "new", so it will then have to meet all roadworthy rules for cars of the current year (i.e. pollution, safety etc)...

you can get extra cab and four door Sierras. Look at the Thai and indonesia markets they have them there. I hired an extra cab Sierra when i was in Thailand it was great lots of room, lwb, air con.
