I have an old 1969 fj40 landcruiser (with a f1 motor if that makes any difference ) and the steering box is shot
can anyone tell me what models and years boxes are compatable
thanks also if anyone has one for sale
adelaide would be ideal but courier can be arranged

Now is the time to convert to powersteering just get a 60 series box and some other parts (there is a write up somewhere on how to do this) and convert you will never go back

i know a guy selling 40 series power steer for $800

but the 60 series conversion is worthwhile
hands and mums dont count!!!

I know an incredibly good looking guy who has a 60 series power steering setup complete except for reservoir to suit a 2F motor sitting in his garage.
