4wd TV is sending up 3 full time guys from the Melbourne office and another volunteer from Brisbane...I hope you all treat them well and put on one hell of a show...they will also have plenty of 4wd TV stickers so please get them on your trucks...and get yourself on the next wild DVD.

The 8DayXI DVD should also be there...500 to 600 man hours in the making...2.5 hours of non stop action with all of the rollovers, excitement, laughs...and tears. There is also a bonus section with an in depth profile on each team...plus some very funny deleted scenes...go soapy.

I am glad to see some local entries, and keen to see how they go against the big boys.

I am from Gladstone and often go 4x4ing around the Rocky area with my Hubby, we know many of the Rocky 4x4 lads and are glad to see they are competing. But we have our doubts. Despite our doubts we are glad they are there, and hope they learn a few things from this outing. Now I don’t know all their names, but I know a few of local entrants and hope it’s OK to make a few tips (without prejudice, off course).

Graeme Filler: His truck looks unreal, but my guess is it will be busted after stage 2, drive train or suspension problems.

Brad Dukes: He can drive well, but if out of the placing’s he will try and argue his way into a place on rule technicalities, make sure your rules are water tight and all understand them.

I dont know were you get your info from but you need to rethink you remarks before you go trouting on like that. because for 1 the yellow hilux is a 4 banger and i know brad dukes personally and you must have him mixed up with someone else. you also need to take note as to how well the man will perform - it may be low but it will go as many places as any lifted 4x4. there are other people that have entered who you obviously dont know. you must know that what you say aint all true, as you didnt even put your email address on your sign in details for those you speak of, to stand up for themselves. Yeah, there'll be some good happy snaps of it coming shortly I would think. He's definite that he will be rebuilding it.

I'd love to find out who 5roxgirl is, she'll be eating her words now. Russ has done exceptionally well this weekend, gee, who'd have thought, it was no doubt I wouldn't have thought.

If you're there 5roxgirl, I'd love to see you out driving somewhere in the Gladdy area, there are quite a few people who do some 'real' driving here, get in touch if you dare.

 How has fester pulled up after the roll?
Hope the big fella is ok!

How'd everyone else go, placings, carnage, pics etc?
