Different Diff Widths

Post by leehamescort »

I have done a search to no avail, is there a list of the differnet widths of diffs to work out what suits what for conversions, a table of all the widths would be very handy.

I am looking for a suitable diff to put under the rear of an IFS surf, bracketry doesn't matter, just want to get the track width as close as possible without custom axles.

If people know the widths lets get a list going, maybe include the diff size too (8", 9" etc)

axle flange to axle flange (face where wheel bolts too so no consufion with different offset rims) And offset of diff centre too (centre, driver, passanger)

Width Crownwheel Offset

Landcruiser
Bundera -
40 Series -
60 Series -
75 Series -
100 Series -

Patrol
MQ -
GQ -
GU -

Hilux
Solid - 8"
IFS - I will measure mine tonight. 8"
Prado - 8"

Pajero (I don't know the model definitions)
Early - 9.25"
Late -

Zook
Early -
Widetrack -
IFS -

ETC....

If this list already exists please point me in the right direction.

Thanks
Leeham

Thanks Thor!!

Answered a few queries,

That list is missing a few aussie spec vehicles like the patrols, and the 75 series cruisers, anyone able to fill some of the gaps.

cheers
Leeham.
