Sway Bar Removal

Post by dubb »

Hi all, a question for those that have removed the front sway bar. I have just fitted the new BFG muddies (very chunky, and thats just the side walls  ) and at full lock they rub the front sway bar so I thought kill two birds with one stone ie. slightly more flex at the front and no rubbing tyres. But if I toss the sway bar will the on road handling be horrible and will I need sea sickness pills? Or is it just slightly different?

what lift do you have? Any? if no - get some. If you have lift, then remove the sway bar (but dont throw it away, you will need it).

The handling is actually better with a lifted suspension because the front end is tighter anyway.

What size muddies are they?
