What is everyones thoughts on the PIG PEN at night????
Should we head over there after lunch, the main concern is that MUD= Stuffed alternators, clutches, radiators, and ENGINES, we don't want to be sitting over there at Midnight trying to get someone started and missing out on valuable drinking time!
We can play in Cruza canyon in the morning and then muck about on the travel ramp then for those that want to, head over and have a play (or watch someone play) in the mud! Have dinner, watch some Vids and if people really want head out for a night drive!!!

Staying in Caloundra from thurs night on going to take the kids to Steve Erwins (Crikey that will be a hoot ) on friday may head up that night depending how I feel.
What is the best route from Caloundra to Jimna. Via Kilcoy or there looks to be a more direct approach going slighty more to the north first before heading west?
Oh I ain't taking the truck on any of the trails so do I need to get a lift around on the days out or is there just access tracks to particular points to do the harder stuff.
Otherwise I will just have to sit at the camp and guard everyones beer ( for a small fee of course )

I would suggest going threw Kilcoy!!!!
Its not far!!!!
However one of the locals (beebee) may know of a faster way!!
Cruza canyon is not hard but it is not a access track, however its only about 1km long and its done at walking pass, it leaves right from the camping grounds so you can walk that one!!
Also i know of a couple of spare seats already anyway.
You won't need to worry to much about getting about!!

For a scenic route I would have suggested through Kennilworth? What's this about me being local? Only about 25mins more local than you
Someone else should pipe up soon with better directions....

Been to Perth for a few days just got in.
I will have to drop the missus and the chimps back to the hotel as she wants to beach it and we wont be set up for family camping (nid Move to the West). So it will depend on how I feel friday night if I head up then or just crash in the hotel till Sat morning depends if there is enough people there friday to have a beer with and seeing though I will only have a Swag and it has been pissin in the Brissy area recently I might need to hook with peoples with tarp technolgy.....
As for the route I will go the quickest which seems to be Kilcoy way......

There are a few minor changes but it will still be great fun!!!!!
What sort of minor changes
No TUG-O-WAR!!!!
Also there is a concern that the night drive to the PIG PEN will take valuable drinking time away. SO if people really want to have a play in the MUD we may venture over there saturday arvo, well before dark.
And have a short night run for those that want.
WE WILL PLAY IT ALL BY EAR!!!!!
If something is fun we will STAY and PLAY, if we get sick of that we will do something else!
I figure this way it doesn't matter if we are running late, we can just go with the flow!!
