Caster Bushes Or Plates?

Hey guys,

my 100 series needs carster corention done after fiting a 3inch lift,

whats the difference between the two when it come to fixing caster?

does one have advantages over the other?

plates work a bit better than bushes for the simple fact that the bush is offset, and it restricts the flex in a vehicle..... plates will allow you to use after market bushes for better flex.
