Guys, can any of you please tell me what the distance is between the front spring chassis mounts for a Hilux (ie, the distance from the front mounting point to the rearward mounting point) and how far back the axle centre line is from the front mounting point of the spring. (Assuming stock locations and springs, +/- 10-20mm would be great)
Thanks,
Paul.

Hypo, you got it in one. The projects been going for a while, but the plan is to put a Lux front axle under the nose with a five link and coil-overs. The Pissan 4Cyl has been replaced with a 229 Chevy V6 and a R151 Toy gearbox and T-case will give me 60% lower gearing and move the front output to suit the Lux axle.
I’ll be moving to South Aus in the new year and I figured that it would just be easier to booty fab a set of leaves under the nose so it can be wheeled around and put on a trailer. So… POS, if you are able to get the measurements I’d be grateful.
Thanks,
Paul.
