Got my Claws fitted on the weekend (96 Widetrack Feroza). Gotta take her for a test run soon to see what sort of scrubbing I get.

Rear is extended shackles (about 3 inches longer than stock), then an extra spring in the rear leaf pack. Still have to get some decent rear shocks as i broke one of my old ones, so currently running Ford Falcon rear shocks...limits down travel a little
Front, wound the torsion bars up about 2 inches.
Wheels are ROH Trak II 15 x 8. Can't remember what offset they were....
I'll probably have to do a bit of a body lift, but the claws are a smallish 31", so I reckon I can get away with 1" lift which means I can use the existing bolts.

yeha, that looks nice... I just got mine lifted too, but i'm still running crap tyres tho.
Have you found the front end is stiffer once its wound up... you get more clearance under the middle which is the feroza's biggest problem... but now the front doesnt articulate cos its too stiff.... ?

I come past Bendigo every week... but in the work Camry
Might have to catch up some time.
Mine still seems to articulate ok, remove your sway bar and shave your lower bumstops, and you should notice a good improvement.
Once I've done a bit of testing, I may do a small BL so I can drop the front end a tad if I find articulation is affected too much.
I'll post more info as i get the time to try things out.

Claws performed awesomely in the mud, but gotta say they're a little scary on side slopes, although I didn't air down much, so will check things out a little better next time when there's another vehicle along just in case...

how are ya boss nice set of hooks ya got there. im also running a set of 31x10.5 pirelli scorpions with a 65mm torsion bar crank up and reset rear springs get no rubbing in the arse end but the front scrubs at times.

I still get a little rubbing (not a heap) at full compression on the front with wheels at about half lock. At this stage lift is wound torsion bars at front, extended shackles and extra leaf in the rear.
I will be doing a body lift soonish, but mainly so I can wind the front down a little to make the ride more comfortable and take a bit of pressure off the idler arm bushes.
Bar is a genuine Daihatsu one, came with the vehicle. I've gotta say, I prefer the ARB type bar though.
