GQ/GU front control arms

So are they the same, ive been told they are and they arent. I want to swap the front arms from my gu ute to my gq ute. Will it work? Cheers

they are dte same dimensions the later model gu has a screw iin stud instead of the cast on stud of the gq, I have series 3 gu in my 92 wagon

Yeah mate same same.

I recently went the other way as I was in need of bushes & grabbed a pair off of arms off a mates GQ for a much better price than buying new bushes (his were like new).

i dont think there is any difference in the front but the rears the only difference ive noticed is the rubber shock takers on the arms...

as in take some of the shock/dampen the vibration rubbers..

the fronts are different but they all interchange (geometry = similar/same)
hands and mums dont count!!!
