I've got a set of Hobzee's lower arms and haven't been able to bend them
Weekdays - Prado GXL D4D with some stuff
Weekends - Mav shorty with lots of stuff

My brother runs them on his wagon an like wise, he has found them to be quite strong an well worth the upgrade. Not criticising Hobzees control arms, but Petes look alot stronger

just get some 50x50x4 SHS and weld eyes onto it :cool: :lol:

custom made arms cant remember what size we made them exactly but i new that i wanted them stong. give ontrack a call in the morning as the car is there as getting some work done on it at the moment. i can give you some specs then if you want. (03) 9310 7755

i havent seen hobzees but from memory they weigh about 2.5kg
superior ones weigh about 7kg
and the ones i had made 4 mine are 7.2
if this is any guidance to strength

ps i think factory ones arent even 2kg

pps i had a 5 tonne press dropped on an off cut from mine and it didnt dint :)

might be over kill but after seeing a few break im happy to know mine wont

what steel did you use? 4140 or something, hollow or soild

they are hollow with a thick wall but dont kno much in the way of specs. next time i see my uncle ill ask him
