has any one here put air bags in the swb gq (take the coils out)?
how does it go? is it worth it?

PM sideways, he has them in the rear of his GQ shorty, bought the firestone bags and made up all the brackets and fittings himself.
He is a member in our club and i have seen how well they work.

ABT where talking of doing a kit for fitting airbags to a GQ. Not sure where that project is at though.

yes i have them in my mwb tray(use to be a shortie) i swear by them the ride was a lot softer and the car handled better in genral. took a bit of time to figure out the brckets but if you can get your hands on a lathe then it would make it alot easier . i was running the long travle ome shocks but have just changed to koni's and it made the ride better again

You can buy a kit that basically bolts in for std and 2" lift.
