Just after some info about the strength/reliability of the divorced transfer cases found in some MQ patrol's and the 720 utes, ?pathfinder.
I know that people have had v8's etc. run through these before, do they hold up?
Just looking for alternatives to allow for a drive train upgrade in an old landy. My intention is to fit v6 and auto from vp commodore and possibly use one of these transfer's.
All opinions appreciated.
Dave.
