A: do a search- Fox, sway-a-way and Radflow, along with others all offer similar shocks.
B:  Contact ATS4X4 in Geelong (vic) they seem to have some good systems based on Fox shocks.

PS why?

What do you want to use the vehicle for? Not sure it would be worth spending so much money on shocks just for a 2" lift. I will try and find out if it can be done for you though.

Hey, I'm a massive fan of limited compression and low lift height, but it doesn't require $6K in shocks to work.

Without wanting to sound smart but the King racing shocks are something completely different to anything i have ever run. I used to run twin koni's and hydraulic bumpstops and this stuff is just way way better from every aspect

I don't doubt it for a minute but you would have to have a pretty good reason to spend the $$$, especially if the rest of the cars setup wasn't up to it. (i.e you'd want to be running a comp car)
