1hz crank removal?
my woodruff key to the harmonic balancer on the front of my crank has flogged out
so i gotta remove my crank to get it machined
, just wanna know the process for removing the crank on a 1992 hzj75 i have never had a 1hz apart so any tips would be welcome
Its not a small job, engine out, timing cover, both outer and inner off, sump, main bearing cradle off, then you have a crank out. If you have never done something like this before, dont try it without the factory manual.
