Thought someone might be interested.....
Thats a trayback version of the Maruti, basically a sierra variant thats made in india. They have a fibreglass ute-back (which can be removed but not quickly) and a fibreglass removable roof. I have the normal LWB variant of the maruti, and the extra room provided by the fiberglass back over a normal ute is handy.
98 WT LWB Maruti, 1.6efi, rockhoppers, 2" body lift, 2" springs, 32" BFG muddies, jimny Power Steer, front lockrite :-)
NO. Marutis are 1.0, only genuine Japanese Suzukis were 1.3 in the 90's. Marutis are rare, but they are a strange hybrid of a 1.0 Sierra, and a WT Sierra. If your interested do a search on here, Marutis have been topic of discussion a few times.j-top paj wrote:1litre? i thought they were all 1.3 in 93?
On that recent thread about chopping SWB in ute there was talk about a removable ute top, this is the car they are from. I think Suzuki Boy was looking at a roof for his.
Wheeling on completely wicked angles, without even looking stable.
$3750
Tell 'im he's dreaming!
Does look quite clean though.
Suzuki Boy - are you paying attention? THATS how to cut the bak of a sierra
