aw10 anti wear might just be a bit late for the mk can u get somthing to rebuild the gear box with out the cost and with out removal :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:

I used some stuff in mine called Bitron gear treatment. It was noisey as buggery, the Bitron quietened it down within about 500 kms of driving, and I have since changed the oil without adding Bitron and it is still going quietly 40,000 kms after.

I also put it in my rear diff, it used to shudder sometimes around corners, it stopped that, and the LSD is as tight as a fishes ar$*hole.

I highly recommend this stuff, it is pretty expensive, ( I think it cost me about 60 bucks for a 400 ml bottle) but geez it worked well....
