are lock right lockers any good. i wanna get a locker for my car but cant aford air lockers. is putting a locker on it a good idea.
the car is IFS and driven daily to and from work . it is also driven by my girlfriend alot and she has a heavy foot.
eventualy i want air lockers but the budget doesnt allow for it now is it best putting them fron or rear

If you stick the lock rite in the front it won't effect the daily driving, only working when the hubs are locked (or the diff, if it's got ADD). I had this setup with my 4Runner, eventually putting an Air Locker in the rear aswell.
It will make a huge difference offroad, only downside you might notice, is that you have to be driving to steer, if you're sitting still, the locker prevents you turning the wheels any great amount (one wheel going back, the other forward has the same effect as a spinning wheel)

definately auto at the back and air up the front, i had it the other way and it SUCKED you cant turn occasionally with the auto in the front and its better it you switch it on/off as u need it (as with the airlokka) then you don't have turning probs...

every one is different and what will suit one won't suit the next person... But if the lock rite is in the rear, apart from a bit of clicking and the occasional bang, it is great (on road). You will find you will rerely use a lokka in the front... the back wheels have the best articulation and you will be getting the best traction if it is in the rear. Untill you get into the large rocks and stuff...
