For a 1HZ
Is there anyway to test your injectors yourself?
Is it worth getting them professionally tested vs simply swapping for a reco set (ie - the cost to test is not economic)?
It's not blowing smoke at idle or cruise, although flat throttle does, and some transitions. Fuel economy highway cruise is 14L/100 at best.
Thanx

Unless you have an injector tester, you can test them yourself. Ring up and find out how much its costs. We test for free if iwe find yours faulty and you buy changeover or get yours overhauled by us.

It can be easy to see if they're bad.
Do some low load driving (i.e. start it, move it, stop it) then pull the exh manifold and see if the ports look wet.
3/4 of mine did, but I suspect they were getting near the extreme end of rooted.
I sent them away for a check, they confirmed that 3/4 were rooted.
