Hey all, I'm pretty sure you can use the drum/drum master cylinder & booster when doing a front disc conversion on a 40 by removing the residual pressure valve from the front line. Can anyone confirm this?
I did a search and looked in the bible with no joy so if it's already there please post the link.

I have done the same twice. On my old 55 and my mates 40 when doing the disc conversion. I just undid the front brake line where it enters the master cylinder, removed the check valve (that what I was told it was called), tossed it, bled the brakes and off I went.
