What locker and what diff.
If the locker was designed for a H233 rear. It will fit either GQ or GU as long as there both H233. Only real difference is the width of the axle. If the GU rear has a H260 it wont fit. Not sure if the GQ rear is a H260 if it will fit in a GU H260. I can only assume that it would.
On the front, it depends how old the locker is. If its new it may have the same part number as the GU locker. As there is a slight difference in there design. Mainly some sort of block in the center. GQ's have them GU's dont. I have heard its possible to cut a bit off the end of a GU axle and it will be fine though.
