cant comment on performance, but wouldnt a cheap auto locker be easier?

Should be, but be careful anyways. I have one in the front of a GU works very well running 90ftp of pressure, makes the steering a little heavier but only when the hubs are locked in, (good cause you know when the auto hubs are unlocked.) It does lock up both wheels when used in anger i have footage to prove it. Also much cheaper than a locker. mine was $750 drive in drive away, where as an auto locker was about $1100 and an air locker $1500 fitted.
