GU Wagon airtank location

Post by evil_hitman »

Hi guys,
I have a GU wagon td42t. Trying to figure out where to mount an air tank to run with my endless air.

Where have people mounted their tanks, and what tanks did they use. I want to keep it well tucked.

Cheers
Matt

betweeen the chassis rail and sill? or inside the cab.

Also where did you get it from. Is it one of hobzee's tanks?

Another spot to have alook at is underneath the rear seats (middle if it has 3rd row). Have heard that that those long thin tanks mount well here and since here alloy they want stress the body at all.
Not sure if they where mounted on the hozisontal bit or the angled bit that goes upto the seat.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY....

I got mine from a place called "PROBAG" there great, and it goes outside between the rail and the sill, if you have side steps or sliders you cant even see it
