depends on where you go but usually around the $200 to $250 mark, try pedders in maroochydore, they have nolathane and rubber (go the rubber)
you can get away without adjustable panhards for a 3" lift but it does work and ride better with them. for the cheap you can extend the factory panhards (works but like i said it is a cheap way)
there are 2 good threads on springs and shocks here, im sure you have read them already, i used to use procomps and they were great and cheap, i got them from hammonds 4wd in brisbane it was a 2" kit but it actually made it sit 3 to 4" higher.
what size tyres are you planning to use?
cheers mark

What some guys do on the rear is get longer shocks, tie in the bottom of the rear coils and let them disconnect and flex to your hearts content. That is what I did with my Cruiser. I can sell you a new 70mm lift rear coils for $150. In theory you should be at that in the front already but I guess you have a winch up front. All you need then is castor correction bushes.
If you go too much higher it can start to cost you dollars.
To get an idea of how much, check out my Web Site at www.suspensionstuff.com.au. Prices at what you will or won't need are up there for the 4-5" lift stuff.
