Nissan Terrano I - Losing revs ascending hills.

Post by Leprecaun »

Guys, I own a nissan Terrano 1. TD27 engine, D21 series Import.
In the process of modifying.

When I have been climbing hills or even parked on our relatively steep driveway (Facing upwards) I'll start her up and she will idle fine, as soon as you go to accelarate, it loses revs and dies, sometimes to such an extent that you have to roll back to level ground. Also the A/T oil light glows faintly unless you have revs higher than 800. Oils and evrything else are changed on time and a good clean when I been playing.

Any ideas ?
