has anyone ever used a diesel head? can it be done? i know u can put a diesel head on a 350 chev and things like that but would it work for a nissan

IMO Why would you want too. Can't see the advandage. Even if it did fit, comp would be way to high for a petrol

I converted a number of Hino trucks to LPG from Diesel as they had to run indoors for long periods, we stripped the engines and machined a large bowl to bring the comp down, fitted plugs where the injectors were and replaced the pump with a 4 cylinder distributor via a machined adapter. They worked fine.
