new oxy sensor- wiring?

Hiya, got my new sensor today and i need a bit of help to wire it up.
new sensor has a grey & black wire and two white wires (ground, ecu, heater i believe) and my old sensor has a green, yellow and two black. have checked the manual and i am no better off. its an 88 v6 nf mongrel.
help much appreciated.

how did u go wiring it up ? I just did mine seems to work a treat
