are you doing them all on the same side?

are you just snapping the studs? or snapping the whole axle?

it has happened to both sides nnow left and right the diff isn't bent the i havn't even be 4wd in 8 or nine months be cause the clutch went the same time as the first axel and being first yr didn't have cash to fix it. i only just got the new front diff in with a limo and 4.65 gears so it hasn't even had 4wd for over 10months as back diff blew in novenber last year so i changed the gears and only now could afford to change front. so the diff couldn't be bent hasn't done anything to crazy apart from driving on the streets. i have been more looking at the axels that is where i think it is going maybe. i am up for any ideas any way and any imput
cheers

hey mate just another idea although your situation sounds alittle more extreme
you snapping the studs or the axle?

i managed to shear all studs off my axle on a frikin standard diesel!
do yourself a favour and make sure your panard rod is adjusted correctly.
got any vibrations while driving on road? trust your wheel alignment?

As wasse said CHECK YOUR WHEEL BEARINGS and the torque on locknuts!

3 in 6 weeks must be some sort of record?

yeah i am thinking it is the axle like maybe it just isn't sitting flush but it could also have be the hubs too and they themselves could had a bad edge. like i am getting my dowls drilled out and putting in bigger ones, the dowls is where all the strenght is, well that is what i have been told and if there is the smallest bit of play kiss you axle goodbye. so i am going to get them drilled out and tap in some ones that are really snug should sort the problem. so i am told just wondering that no one else has had this problem???? and as bearings and that sort of stuff they are all brand new and the torque on the nuts are all up to sratch.

on another note will try and post some photos of rainbow
