A headwind if the diesel isn't turboed.
The indicator switches usually only last 10 to 15 years but are very cheep to replace. The sliding window frames rust. The body can crack around the bodymounts and the firewall under the A pillar. The rubber body mounts wear and the body can move slightly, especially in the wet, which results in loud noises and plenty of squeaks. By now it can have some overheating problems due to the radiator not being flushed regularly or the viscous coupling being stuffed. They can rust in a couple of places but they are nothing like an MQ or 60 series. There's probably more but I can't think of them this late at night.
Apart from that, until you lift them or put bigger rubber on them they are nearly bullet proof.

Mines faulty I think, I have to flick and play with the lights for my drivers side headlight to work. It often doesnt come on when I turn the indicator stalk.
Alot of the time I cant indicate, there is something blocking it from going all the way down and lock so I have to hold the stalk down or turn the steering wheel abit before it will click into position.
Is this a known issue and would I take it into an autoelectrician or take it into Nissan to replace?

If engine is healthy, ya just gotta keep the cooling system in top shape. I'd be checking the whole cooling system, blade for cracks too & viscous hub.
