Best wrecker for parts in Canberra Area??

I've never really had to source parts from wreckers before, so have no idea who to go to for a front bumperbar and the mounting frame it goes on, for my wife's Subaru. Anyone able to recommend a particular wrecker in the ACT area?
I know there are some here who could probably supply parts, but I doubt it's viable to transport an entire bumper bar and the mounting frame to Canberra, so a local place might be the best option.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

capital franks parts plus (but they never have what you want) :D
and the fella behind him carnt remember his name .

frieght to act isnt that dear , thats the way id go or travel and pick one up or get some one coming to canberra to bring one down , canberra sucks for finding what you want .
