everything can be found for a price. the best advice is however, buy something else. they are under powered and do not perform particularly well off road, and have fiarly limited scope for modification unless you plan to throw a LOT of cash at it to upgrade just about everything - axles, engine, gearbox, the works.

i have a RJ70 so the petrol model. i think they are a great car. yea front end isnt great offroad so you learn to wheel stand. yes they are under powered but its fine untill you get the bug  then its expensive trust me ;) as for mods a bit of lift lockers and play if you dont want to spend lots of money....but what dumbdunce said is true, just depends what you are looking for in a 4wd..

i disagree a bit with dumpdunce, they arent the best 4by about but i love mine, 80 series spring lift ($50) and a pair of lockers and some decent rubber and go nits, its not going to win the ateco but hey its great fun, and it has outdriven some other trucks that should be far better on paper than mine.

put a good winch on it and just pull yourself out of trouble, the lockers help with the abysmal wheel travel!

(mine it the turbo deisel model btw) underpowered on road, but i didnt buy mine to break the land speed record either, if it takes me an extra 10 minutes to get somewhere then so be it.

my 2c but if i had my time again id probably go a gq shorty or put a ute cab on the bundy and tray back it.. hmmm stay tuned!
