Have you tried Dellow automotive i gather they have adapter to fit just about anything to anything. I priced up a bell housing for an efi 302w and it was only $450+gst :D

Yes he has.

He made the adaptor. At first to an LT77 (but v8 bellhousing). Now using a TF727 from memory.

Saw a Lexus Lux in action last weekend, supercharged....and holy crap it scared me to death - on the gas the cab and tray was flexing like a banana lounge.

Had only rear wheel drive too, cause the front had busted.

We took cover behind some trees just in case the truck exploded:)

Can anyone give a rough price on buying the adaptors and parts ect to do the conversion? Excluding labour.
Thanks

There are no "off the shelf" adaptors avilable.

I adapted the LT77 to the Lexus using a 10mm adadptor I built.

I later adapted the TF727 using a modified Lexus bell housing.

I'm now in the process of adapting a Patrol 5 speed to the Lexus to go with the rest of the Patrol running gear.

Still all in the Rover chasis.

The engine is a very tight fit in the engine bay but well worth the effort.
Cheers,

Zuffen
