Yip still out there competing in the Outback4x4Challenge....next year is our 9th outa 10...and LAST! But we're also doing Cliffhanger again next year now as well, had such a blast at the inagural driving Eugene's LWB Nissan in Trophy class, we had to go back again too.

Sadly the Vit is no more....9yrs of the best time....doing just about everything we shouldn't in such an inapropriate little truck.
But fate struck us the cruelist blow in 05 and we lost our eldest brave son Justin to Cancer......
Vitara was long beyond her patch up and use by date by then... and under the circumstances we had no time to maintain her either...so she was retired to "stud" and all her important bits now live on in another truck!

A good mate then surprized us with giving us his comp SWB Nissan to use.....so we have been able to continue.....even tho it took a while to get use to, being a manual and having a tendency to rear up!!! eek!

We also enjoy taking part in Rudi's Navruns and encourage anyone who wants to have a bit of fun and challenge to take part in his next event at Bathurst on the 15th/16th Sept. check out his Navrun website for details
www.navrun.com.au You don't need a highly modified truck either...just a gps and a navie with the knowledge of how to use it

Thanks for asking.....
Cheers,
Celia & Eugene
