Aftermarket GQ / GU Transfer Bash Plates - from where?

Post by MAVRK-4 »

A couple of years back someone listed these on ebay and had a good source for them...

where can I find something like this or similiar? My Mav LWB runs gearbox packers as well, but the transfer sits exposed.

These were made of 3mm plate and bolted to existing holes in the chassis with threaded plates dropped inside the rail.

In 2004 they were made in Vic, and retail fior around $250 odd.

I know ARB Southern in Dandenong had one in stock 2 weeks ago.

You could try Brown Davis Automotive in Bayswater Victoria Ph (03) 9762 8722. Have seen their bash plates at various shows, don't know if they do what your after though.
