I fitted Ironman rear springs with a 2" lift to Roza. Cost was about $400 with new u bolts and poly bushs. Then wound the fronts up about 45mm and fitted Rancho shocks all round, left about a little fingers worth of distance between the front bump stop to give a little down movement in the suspension.
If I was doing it again I would do the same but wouldn't use Rancho shocks, too hard evan on the lowest setting. My personal opinion is the Iranman rear springs were the best mod I did and I will be fitting a set of their springs to my ( not yet named ) Surf soon.

Low, I wouldnt touch Ironman again. I have them itted to my Rocky, front and rear. They sagged not long after getting them. I had them reset, higher on the drivers side to compensate for the extra weight, and they still sagged. Have a look at Dobinsons. I know they make suspensions for Rockys too.
