You can pick up ROH trak II in f100 stud pattern from most tyre/wheel outlets for about $70-$80

I have seen a 1.0 on 32's with just a 2inch bodly lift and cutting.

try the f100 wreckers. or any wrecker for that matter.

what is the best way to extend his wheel base

move spring hangers. or, rears up front without any correction will move the center pin a few inches but you will open up a whole can o worms there. yj springs in the rear will help too. range rover coil setup with custom trailing arms can get in excess of 6" extension in the rear.

is shackle reversal legal in qld?

no and I am 99% certain you will have a hard time getting someone to compliance it too.

shouldn't be much. I've got 32" Mongrels on 2" body lift with 15x7 f100 rims.

2" springs, 2" body should be heaps for 31 mtrs.
