ARB in GU:New bolts?

Post by 90pickup »

I will fit ARB`s in GU 3d members. Is it wise to get new ring gear bolts for the crownwheel? Cheers

in all cars ive worked on ive never replaced crownwheel bolts. they are not a 'torque to yield' or 'stretch bolt' so technically they dont need it, and theyre usually a fuggin strong bolt, if you do damage one, replace it, but if theyre anything like the ones ive pulled they wont cop any damage upon removal, so just clean them off, clean out the holes and locktight them back in at the correct torque
