feroza rev help??

Post by ooh304 »

hey i gota 92 feroza and she seems to have a lag untell it hits 3000rpm (like a turbo lag) after 3000rpm it starts to pull then sound like its reving her tits off round 4200rpm. i was wondering if its just the 1.6 magic or just mine about to die. any info on your engines would be awsome. thanks.

Mine has no lag and 9000rpm is the limit from first to third, and 7000 in forth and five gear.

But i have carburator version of feroza.

Stock Feroza motors don't have much grunt below about 3000rpm, should rev out to at least 5000rpm though.

Mine was like that until I had the extractors and exhaust fitted. It was pretty ordinary until 3000rpm where there was a surge of power. Now it revs more freely, although its still not a powerhouse.
