My friend who own Suzuki he decide to change big motor suit his suzuki? Is accept or unaccept? Any illegal of size motor?
He bought gemini motor 1.6 or 1.8l will fit suzuki 4WD and any comment? His old motor 1.0l and gearbox just drop on ground.
Do change brake bit big than suzuki brake?
I'm not sure he knows everything but I asked him question make sure everything right things so he will go get new blue plate for modification plate of gemini motor.
I used to be Range Rover was V8 3.5EFI change to Chev V8 6.2L Diesel no problem brake.

generally speaking any engine physically small enough can be adapted
Gemini motors have been done before

Brake upgrade (vitara rotors and calipers) is recommended regardless of engine swap

How do the Landy diffs hold in with the chev
Tiny's chew Toyotas diffs with his Chev

My mate has a diesel gemini in his LWB, I will try to get photos this week end to give you an idea
He runs Lux diffs so his brakes were upgraded
The Vitara brke upgrade is pretty well bolt on but you will have problems with some hi-steer set ups no providing clearance for the passengers side caliper
