35's

Post by westy »

Hi mimm0321,
I have a set of 35" silverstones MT 117 Xtremes and they fit ok, typical rubbing on full lock but apart from that they are fine, even when doing moderate 4wheeling stuff

I have Maxxis Bighorns 255/85/16 on my rangie With 2.5" body lift and 1.5" spring lift with cut and flared guards.
I bought them 6000ks ago and find them real good on road good response a bit of noise at 100ks but you would expect that from a mud tyre. went out 2 weeks ago with them and let them down to 24psi for a bit of rock crawling and deep sticky mud not a problem at all seemed to tackle the mud better than a bloke with baja claws but that might just be the Rangie over hilux???LOL no evetence off chipping of the grip from the rocks I chose them over the BFG Muddies not for price (about $45.00 a tyre cheaper) but for the sipes in the tread for better wet road handling
82 Rangie, 40mm lift, 65mm bodylift, 33"maxxis Bighorns, Modded rear bar, custom rock sliders, etc etc Soon to fit a 4.4Ltr Stroker Motor !!!!
