plasma rope cheap (i think)

Post by builtg60 »

hey guys i just found dynamex winch rope (what they use in iceland on alot of big trucks) for $550 for 40 meters. I found it at Sydney rigging in rosedale. i think this is a good price and they also had chepa rope sill rated to 6.5 tonnes.

mate thats not that cheap what is the diameter of rope as i can get 12mm outer core which includes a sheath on it for about $9 p/m which has 5500kg breaking strain so works out $360 for 40 m and is strong enough for patrols landcruisers etc as there are few comp trucks using this

The issue I have is there are so many "CHEAP PLASMA" ropes out there now, how do you tell what is good and what is shit...??

There are some items you dont buy the cheapest and possibly nastyiest of, IMWO shit that can save you is one of them.
