I am running a inject 304 - VQ. I am running standard manifold and front y pipe. I have a old HQ (I think) sump, which has a rear pick up. The y-pipe had to be tweaked to fit. It runs between gearbox and rear pickup sump.

Is that what you want? I can try get pics on the weekend. What pics do you want?

hey mate, yep sounds like your the righty guy to speak to, at the moment im running the standard cast iron manifolds with custom dual pipes from there back and i wanna change to the factory short extractors with a standard cross over pipe into a larger single system. pics of clearances as it passes between the chassis and bellhousing area would be great.
thanx in advance.

Hey bloke i run an injected 5l in a 92 lux and we found that when we where doing the conversion that standard cast manifolds provide better clearance than factory extractors.

So we custom made a bracket to fit up the original exhaust Y piece so there is as much clearance as possible but still don’t have much room between chassis and exhaust.
