my front tailshaft turns freely while motor is running but from about 60 ks it starts to spin and cause a bad vibration can any one tell me what causes this to happen cheers

Check your 4wd actuator. Sounds like its selecting 4wd and Challengers don't like to be in 4wd on the tar.
Read this article http://4wd.blogeasy.com/article.view.ru ... eID=318776 it's based on the Pajero but Challengers have the same setup.

Thanks for that link ive checked the 4wd actuator and that seems to be working ok the front tailshaft seems to start turning at about 40-50 klms
