tie rod end

Post by thunder »

i have a aftermarket tie rod(stronger).the one that is behind the diff from tyre to tyre,
Q is where did the ends come from.

took a broken one to nissan to parts..but they need a part number or what model and where it comes from..

i thought maybe its the same as a panhard end but there is 2 different part numbers for them.

it screws on to the end(male)
guessing its something with a GQ model

OK
GU 20mmx1.5 pitch small taper
GQ 22mmx1.5 pitch larger taper
MQ 25mmx1.5 pitch same taper as GQ but getting harder to get.
I had a taper ream made that is MQ/GQ so I can taper ream a GU nuckle and pitman arm to take MQ/GQ tierod ends.
