Is it worthwhile changing from the factory steelies over to Alloys, from an XL7 maybe?
Does anyone know what the weight difference is since that would be the main reason for changing?
Since heavier wheels are detrimental for perforance would I really notice having alloys compared to steelies?
Does anyone know of other alloy wheels I can go other then te XL7 which has the correct backspacing, PCD etc?

Alloys vs OE Steelies?
I doubt you would notice any difference considering the weight of the tyre relative to the rim. Additionally, an oem cast alloy will be far heavier than the kind of forged alloys used in performance/race applications.
I'm not aware of other OEM fitments that would work in a GV application.
Steve.
